WALNUT APPLE CABBAGE SLAW

This is a great recipe for Lunch, Dinner or as a dish to bring to a pot luck. It is a raw and Paleo friendly dish as well.




INGREDIENTS:

4 Cup shredded red cabbage
2 medium apple ( I used organic Gala)
1/2 cup raisins or cranberries
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 TBS honey
Pinch of salt
Black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

- In a large mixing bowl toss cabbage , apples, walnuts and raisins. Pour liquid ingredients, salt and pepper over the cabbage, mix and toss!
